Soft dough with a rich cheese flavor and aromatic smoked sausage. The pieces of the pie fly off the plates very quickly.

Cooking
In yogurt add vegetable oil, add the semolina. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Cheese grate on medium grater, sausage cut into small cubes.
Add in yogurt cheese, sausage, stir.
Add baking soda and sifted flour, knead the dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, spread on a baking tray (28*40 cm). Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Pie cut into strips and served. Delicious in both warm and cold form.
