Cooking
Buckwheat flakes from "Mistral" pour into a glass container and pour boiling water.
Put top piece of butter and cover with a lid, allow to swell 7-9мин. Salt to taste and loosen with a fork.
Cook egg as you like (poached, soft boiled, hard boiled).
On a serving plate put lettuce. Red bell pepper cut into thin strips and mix with the buckwheat, put on the lettuce. Around to put the rings green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and greens, on top lay the egg. Eat with pleasure!
