Classic potato salad
Not for nothing they say that all brilliant - easy! This recipe is something I picked up on some of foreign online and fell in love with it from the first spoon. Fast, easy and incredibly delicious! If You are cooking for a large family or for a holiday, then you can safely multiply all the ingredients by 2, in the refrigerator salad just will not lie. Very cool to cook on a picnic!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.333 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

Cooking

Immerse the eggs in water and put on fire. Cook hard-boiled. Traditionally, the potatoes are first boiled in their skins, then cleaned, cursing, and cut into salads. But I propose a more quick and lazy option for owners of the steamer/slow cooker: Peel, cut in small cubes, pour a liter of water into the slow cooker and set the mode "steaming" for 15 min.

Take 2 stalks of celery, and cut as pictured.

Prepare the dressing: Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, garlic and black pepper. Mix well to dissolve the sugar.

Our eggs are ready, carefully peel and cut into small cubes.

Mix all ingredients, sprinkle the top with pinch of sweet paprika. Delicious salad on holiday table or picnic ready! It can optionally add 1 finely chopped onion. The amount of mayonnaise can also be reduced if You follow the figure!
