Vegetable salad in Korean
Very easy to prepare salad. I usually add cucumber, but today the cucumbers were missing, and the shop was too lazy to go out in this cold :) I Have this salad as a magic wand: when the house low products, I made this salad in different variations - cabbage-carrot, cabbage-carrot-OGU Retz. Add rest of the ingredients when making this salad after a visit to the store :)

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    75 ml

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.25 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Greens

In the photo we need the product set. Sorry, forgot to put salt. You can also see that we need sodium glutamate (ajino-Moto), you need 1-2 pinches. In the list of ingredients adding no proper names : (

Chop the garlic and herbs

In a tablespoon, pour the boiled water and mix with vinegar, add to chopped vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, throw 1-2 pinch of ajino-Moto, add sesame oil and stir the salad.

Add roasted peppers to the vegetables, stir. That's all our salad is ready. Bon appetit! PS: Regarding the salt, vinegar and red pepper make sure you consider your taste preferences. With a tablespoon of the pepper salad is quite sharp :)
