My version of chicken rolls with mushrooms. Our friendly family loved this delicious. Juicy chicken with mushrooms and cheese! Very tasty! Go!

Cooking
Chicken and cabbage mince.
Season with salt and pepper, add eggs, mix thoroughly.
Slice the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil.
Carrots grate on a fine grater, onion chop, fry in vegetable oil. Mix the mushrooms with onions and carrots.
Chicken skin spread even layer of stuffing.
Top onion+carrots+mushrooms.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Put another layer.
Gently roll in roll. You can tie the thread, but I don't roll and so holds its shape well.
The finished rolls put into a form. Pour over (mayonnaise and ketchup). Bake in hot oven for 30-35 minutes.
The loaf turned out juicy, tender (thanks to the cabbage). Perfectly cut into beautiful pieces! Bon appetit!
