Easter cupcakes
I love, no, I just love baking with apples and carrots! I want to share with you this recipe, because - very simply and don't need any mixer, because I like the idea of decorating the Easter baking because it is insanely delicious, flavorful and tender.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Olive oil

    110 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Cream cheese

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

Cooking

Set of products for cupcakes.

Mix the flour, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.

Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk.

Enter the butter and mix well. Add the carrots and the apples, half of the lemon zest. Mix well.

Add flour mixture and mix well.

Fill with dough molds.

Bake in preheated to 180"With the oven for 20-25 min. Check torch. Be guided by your oven.

To give the cupcakes to cool completely.

For registration of sheep's heads: I used chocolate-covered almonds, a little melted white and dark chocolate and chocolate plastic eyelets that can be made from melted chocolate.

Using wooden skewers, apply a drop of white chocolate, let them harden and apply a dark chocolate.

Cream (ingredients given on 6 servings) : Beat cream cheese, remaining lemon zest, cream and powder.

Apply the cream on the cupcakes with a syringe and place ready on top of the head.

It is possible to transplant the cream on the cupcakes and decorate with icing, or just sprinkle with powdered sugar, in any tasty!
