Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Powdered sugar

To prepare the candied sweet head (casavie) varieties of pumpkin.

Boil the syrup 200 ml of water and 400 g of sugar.
