Cooking
Beijing cabbage, wash, cut the cabbage in half and chop one half. Fold in the salad bowl.
Red onion peel and cut into thin half-rings. Add to the cabbage.
Grapes wash, dry and each berry cut in half if grapes with seeds, then remove them. Beans drain in a colander. Add to cabbage and onions.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Put in salad and stir.
To make the sauce. Mix vinegar with mustard, add salt and pepper to taste. A thin stream pour in the olive oil, mix thoroughly and season the salad.
