Salad of red cabbage
The salad turned out delicious, the cucumbers give the salad a freshness and tenderness. Very good for fasting days.

  • Cucumber

  • Carrots

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Shred cabbage into strips. I shredded in the food processor. Lettuce to break it into small pieces. To soften the cabbage, it is necessary to mash the hands.

For filling we recommend the Basil leaves mixed with vinegar and olive oil, place in a blender and mix well. I didn't have fresh Basil, so used dried ground.
