Chicken breast cooked in tomato salsa under the cheese
Chicken breast is always tender, quick, tasty and it should be interesting!.. This interesting variant I want to give Alexander and Zoe, in gratitude for their wonderful recipes! Recipe from the German cooking website.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

To turn on the oven to heat to "grill" or at maximum. Tomatoes peeled coarsely chopped (can be fresh, blanched, can, canned).

Place the tomatoes in a heat proof form, top to distribute the finely chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper, lightly drizzle with olive (vegetable oil), place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion.

Wash chicken Breasts, Pat dry with paper towels of excess moisture, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot olive/vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until Golden brown.

Onions mixed with oregano.

Add cheese (large baby).

Remove from oven form with a tomato salsa, spread on top of fried chicken breast and sprinkle with onion-crumb branzov.

Further - I closed the lid (can - foil) - send in the oven for 15-20 minutes, remove the lid and bake another 5-10 minutes.

Delicious with rice or fresh salad to Your taste!
