Cooking
Clean shrimp. Son decided to help.
Potatoes cleaned, cut slices or cubes and boil in salted water until tender, put to it chopped garlic.
On a dry pan fry the flour until lightly Browning.
Add pepper, sour cream, salt and stir well. I make a thick sauce, diluted broth from the potatoes. While stirring bring to a boil and remove from heat.
The water from the potatoes to drain. A little grease (butter or) and place a layer of potatoes.
For potatoes put the shrimp.
The sauce is spread evenly on shrimp. Put in a preheated 220 degree oven for 5-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top layer sprinkle cheese shabby.
Again put in oven to melt cheese and Browning, about 15 minutes.
