Pork in a sauce of gherkins
Wonderful recipe found in the book, Depardieu :) Cotes de porc charcutieres

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 piece

  • Gherkins

    6 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Shallots

    6 piece

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    200 g

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml
