Offer this salad in the winter to all fans of Korean dishes.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1.5 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Seasoning

    2 pack

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Shred cabbage, peppers cut into strips, carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot.Add vinegar,salt,sugar,red and black peppers, 2 packs of seasoning for carrots in Korean.Mix well. Onions lightly fry in 1tbsp. vegetable oil, garlic and pepper mince and mix with vegetables. Let stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

After an hour the mixture is put in jars(with a capacity of 700g.) sterilize 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes take out the banks and roll.It turns out spicy Korean salad,no different from fresh.
