Albanian meatballs
Very much my family loves meatballs, so I try to prepare every time something new and delicious. All those, who like spicy and rich under the name "cutlet" invite. The site has one such recipe, but there are a little bit different prepared without photographs, so I would venture to show you that.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Adjika

Cooking

Meat and onion cut into small pieces. I twisted the meat and onions sliced.

Mayonnaise + starch + egg mix.

Add greenery.

To the meat add seasoning

Egg mixture to combine with meat and onion, all well mixed. Leave for 2-3 hours. Time kept for marinating meat. Put 1 tbsp into the pan and fry until Golden Golden brown. Bon appetit!!!
