Devonshire mint cupcake
That's why I love English muffins - so is this delicious delicate dough. Moderately moist, moderately crumbly. This cake flavors of honey, butter, cream and mint are intertwined, complementing each other. Oh, the English know a lot about cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Honey

    60 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Condensed milk

    3 Tbsp

The batter for the cake is prepared simple, long whipping with a mixer is not even needed. I stirred with a fork. You can stir with a whisk. Eggs, honey, sugar and vanilla sugar mix until smooth

Bake in heated to 180 degrees oven until dry matches. My cupcake was baked for 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Remove from the mold and cool completely
