Gnocchi of semolina with berry sauce
The usual semolina in a very original performance. Children and adults will appreciate this dish.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Semolina

    10 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Assorted berries

    100 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

In a saucepan pour the milk, add the salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar, put on fire, pour the semolina, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.

You should get a thick porridge. Leave it to cool down.

In water, add berries (I had raspberries and honeysuckle, can be any) and the remaining sugar, boil 5 minutes.

RUB through a sieve.

Bring to a boil and pour diluted in a little water starch. Get a thick sauce.

Beat the eggs, add the cooled semolina, mix well.

Using two tablespoons to form dumplings.
