Description

Kutya memorial
Kutya is a ritual funeral dish (a special grain porridge), served in common dishes and eaten with hands or spoons. Kutya turns sweet with honey, raisins and poppy. In modern conditions the pudding can be prepared not only as a ritual food, but also as a delicious wholesome dish of rice for the usual daily table.
