I remembered a quick and easy recipe of marinade for poultry. The chicken turns out very soft and tender due to the buttermilk, and spicy due to spices.
Ingredients

Cooking
Chicken thighs wash, dry, RUB with salt and pepper. Fold in a deep bowl.
In the yogurt, squeeze the garlic, add the salt and curry powder (depending on whether acute or not). Mix well.
The resulting mixture is poured onto the chicken and mix well.
Container tighten the food film and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 min.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Thighs spread on oiled cookie sheet and bake for 30 min.
On the side I had stewed potatoes with mushrooms and fresh vegetables.
