Cooking
In a bowl sieve together the flour, baking powder and cocoa.
Add brown sugar, salt and orange zest (I had dried).
In another bowl, combine the yogurt (yogurt, sour cream), butter and eggs.
To combine dry and liquid mixture together in the end, add a Cup of hot coffee, mix briefly using a mixer or beater, only to the combining of the ingredients.
To distribute the forms. For part of the cuffs I did not have suitable forms, so I just made cups out of foil and put inside these little cuff. Bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes or until dry kindling.
While baked cakes, prepare the ganache - add cream to the chocolate, heat in a water bath or in the microwave. Stir to combine. The ganache should not be too liquid.
Now call your children, use your fantasy and start to make cupcakes! For each cupcake, apply the ganache, it will attach the muzzle of the small biscuits, meringues, nose from M&M's, mini pretzels broken into pieces and they make the horns. Here deer without eyes and mouths. Eyes can be drawn with icing, ganache, white chocolate or fondant mould, mouth and pupils dark chocolate ganache.
To husband and child tried to pull the muffins cooked for the photo shoot, adorned with a pastry topping and ganache large cupcakes. Yeah... some, but not then... still a child begged the deer.)))
And here is the deer! A whole herd! ))) I got much more than 9 pieces. My deer enough for the two Santa clauses.) It's not all in the shot, chose the most photogenic.))
