Baked in pots meat with red currant
Meat with berries - it's delicious! This combination is considered almost a classic. Try it! I'm sure You'll like it!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Red currants

    300 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

Red currants sprinkle them with sugar. Stir and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Meat cut into large pieces. I used pork neck.

Next, make the dressing. Mustard, honey, soy sauce connect.

Add to meat and mix well. Put the meat in the pot.

On top lay the currants ( or cherries or plums), sugar and one clove of garlic. Pots cover with a lid. Put it into the preheated oven to 180-190 gr. 60-65 minutes.
