Salad with Korean carrot
This salad is already doing for a long time. A recipe shared with me my kumasa. Make it quite often - almost every dinner party. Should appeal especially to women! This time I was doing it out of self-prepared pickled mushrooms recipe from the Cook.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

    300 ml

Here are the ingredients: three cheese on a coarse grater; the eggs are cleaned and also three on a large grater, Fillet cut into cubes (the smaller one); mushrooms cut into slices.

The lettuce will spread layers. 1 layer half of the sliced fillet with mayonnaise (I mix - so it is easier to align the dish).

2 layer - put the chopped mushrooms.

3 layer - combined with mayonnaise carrots in Korean.

4 layer half mixed with mayonnaise and eggs.

5 layer - grated cheese and a little mayonnaise.

6 layer - again fillet with mayonnaise. 7 layer of the remaining grated egg with mayonnaise. Decorated salad flower: petals from the marginalia of tomato (flesh out), a stalk of cucumber, the leaves from pieces of marinated cucumber, middle of a flower - a piece of boiled carrot and pea. Preferably this salad to eat as quickly as possible, so it is much more tender! Bon Appetit!!!
