Hasanpasa Meatballs
Hasanpasa kofte. I suggest to try another dish from Turkish cuisine! Delicious cakes, baked in the oven with a lovely addition of toasted mashed potatoes. Meat and garnish.. one.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Bread

    4 slice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cumin

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Milk

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

To prepare the beef patties. In the mince add grated through a grater onions, the flesh of bread (previously soaked in milk), salt, pepper and cumin. Mix well.

To form cutlets in the form of a washer with sides. Put in a bowl for baking. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Peel and boil the potatoes.

Potato mash, add butter and hot milk to make a puree.

To make the sauce. Tomato paste stir in a Cup of water and add the red pepper. Take out the meatballs from the oven.

Pour sauce on meatballs and mashed potatoes spread on cakes with a spoon or using a pastry bag.

Again put into the oven (200 degrees) for 10-20 minutes. When mashed potatoes will start to fry, you can pull out.
