Potato sauce with mushrooms
Delicious, tasty, tender, flavorful. Can be used as a main dish for vegetarians or as a side dish for other comers. Your guests will be happy.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and put to boil, then simmer 20 minutes. While cooking the potatoes, do the rest. Finely chop the onion. In a frying pan, melt 2 tbsp. of CL. oil and fry the onions 5 min.

Mushrooms cut and send to the onions. Add 3 tbsp. sauce-marinade sauce "Kikkoman", season with salt and pepper and mix well. Broil 8 minutes on medium heat.

Add 1 Cup cream +1 tbsp flour, stir and cook for another 8-10 minutes to Shut down.

The potatoes are cooked. Drain the water, add 1 tbsp butter + 200ml milk + salt + spices (which you prefer), mash well the potatoes.

Should get a thick puree.

Great shape brush with remaining butter and put mashed potatoes. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

Sprinkle mushroom mixture.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, put on top of mushrooms. Put into the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with parsley sprigs. Cut into serving pieces, the bowl with a spatula.
