Pie with chicken and chanterelle mushrooms
Extraordinarily delicate and delicious cake with chicken and wild mushrooms. In my opinion, this cake is sure you will enjoy. Bake a pie with chicken and wild mushrooms.

This recipe was used chanterelle mushrooms, you can cook a pie with filling from any other fungi. Chanterelle mushrooms (300 gr.) pre-washed, cut into large pieces. If the mushrooms are small, you can use them all.

In a pan, add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Simmer the mushrooms over low heat until tender.

Chicken (1 PC.) boil in salted water, then cool and cut into large chunks.

Softened butter (130 gr.) chop with flour (250 grams), in small chips.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg (1 piece), add salt (1/2 tsp), baking soda (1/2 tsp) sour cream (1 C. Lojka). Blend until smooth.

Add to the butter-flour crumb prepared the egg-sour cream mixture. Knead plastic dough. The dough is wrapped in cling film and put into the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

For filling: Beat the egg (1 piece), add sour cream (5 tbsp with slide). Mix until well blended.

Add to yaichno-sour cream fill chopped chicken and sliced chanterelles.

Cheese (100 gr.) grate. Leave a small amount of cheese, the rest add to the dressing. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Chilled the dough is divided into two parts (one part should be a little more). Roll out the layer most part of the dough, cut the shape of a circle. The remaining roll the dough and cut the ribbon borders to cake. The diameter of the mold used in this recipe is 24 cm.
