Cooking
For the dough mix all ingredients and leave for 20 minutes. Should be a magnificent hat. To the yeast mixture add the egg, sugar and vanilla, stir with a whisk.
Then add the melted butter and parts of sifted flour.
Knead the dough, roll it into a ball and place in a clean bowl greased with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
The dough should double in size.
Table propylite with flour and roll out the dough on it in a big oval. For the filling, mix all the ingredients. On the dough to distribute the filling.
And roll into a tight roll. Stung the edge.
The resulting roll is cut lengthwise into two parts. Rotate the halves split up.
