Bread with matcha and beans
This bread I have often seen in Japanese and Chinese cooking sites, but baked either in the form of a closing cylinder or a Chinese, like me, whose name translates as "plum blossom". Is unusual, ethereal, beautiful cut and delicious bread.

Ingredients

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

    100 ml

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Butter

  • Beans

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

For making this bread it is better to use several varieties of beans (I had white and kidney). Beans soaked in cold water not less than 4 hours, washed, pour clean water and boil until soft (I think, it is better to cook different varieties of beans separately so that white beans have not painted in a different color). Drain the liquid, give the beans to cool.

Dough I, as usual, are kneaded using a bread machine, but you can knead in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water and milk, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Then add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, softened butter.

Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.

Dough divided into 2 equal parts. One part was placed in a bowl and cover with film.

Stir in one Cup of matcha tea with water.

Put the second piece of dough back in the bucket from the bread machine, add water mixed with matcha tea.

The bucket is again placed in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading the dough about 7 minutes for thorough mixing. The ready dough put in a bowl, covered with foil and give the white and green dough to increase in volume about 2 times.

Using flour for podpira, rolled out using a rolling pin, a square of white dough (for the length of the form for baking).

Distribute the top half of the boiled beans.

Roll green dough the same size as the white, cover them with white dough with beans.

Gently hand squeeze out the air between the two layers of dough and pressing them to each other.

From top to distribute the remaining half of the boiled beans.

Tightly roll up the dough jelly roll.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil.

Place the roll of dough into shape.

Form close and give dough rise in a warm place for about 15-17 minutes.

Bake bread in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 27-30 minutes. Take out the bread from the form, give it to cool. Bon appétit!
