Cooking
Milk pour into a saucepan, there also put a few mint leaves and a pinch of sugar. Well warmed, but not boiling.
In another saucepan melt half of the butter, add the vegetable, a few mint leaves, a pinch of sugar and lime juice.
For cooking oatmeal I used cereal "Mistral".
Milk with mint blend. When the pan has melted sugar, pour in the hot milk, add oatmeal and cook until tender (2-3 minutes), stirring occasionally.
To toast, warm up a frying pan with the remaining butter. Put some mint leaves and heat on low heat stirring a few minutes.
Lay out the sliced bread and fry on both sides.
