I'm not a meat eater, but once a month I eat chicken or Turkey. Still prefer Turkey as it is a very useful, tasty and tender meat, stewed in milk even more tender. The delicate flavor is preserved even after cooling brizola. Try it, You'll like the Turkey in this version. Serve with a vegetable side dish.

Cooking
Turkey, cut in the form of schnitzel. It turns out 6 pieces.
Beats the meat blunt side of a knife, sprinkle with salt and pepper, dip them in flour.
Dip in beaten with spices eggs (I have oregano, mint).
And fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown (I fried one minute on each side).
Put the fillets in a baking dish, pour the milk to half and put in a preheated 180 degree oven until boiling milk. In the pan with a deep bottom. Don't forget to cover!
Ready fillet put on a plate and serve with your favourite side dish!
