Cooking

step-0
Pieces of fish fillet of salmon lightly with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oil and cook for a few... Cool.
step-1
To prepare the salad we use sunflower oil "Oleina classic".
step-2
Green beans wash, trim a little from both sides, "tails" and boil a little in salted water so that it retained its green color and was still quite crunchy, about 3 minutes after boiling water. Immediately drain and cool (in cold water, with ice).
step-3
Cut the green beans in half. Slice thinly the red onion. In a large bowl put the beans and onions.
step-4
Add halved tomatoes-cherry.
step-5
Separately bread cut into small squares. You can use any bread better than homemade.
step-6
For dressing mix in a bowl vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir until the state of the emulsion (with a fork) and pour the salad... Fresh Basil leaves finely chop and also add to the salad. All gently to mix.
step-7
In the end, add the bread and fish disassembled into small pieces. Again carefully mix everything. Serve immediately, or let stand a bit in the refrigerator, this salad will only get tastier...
