Cooking
Grind in a mortar shelled walnuts
Washed and peeled carrots and radish cut into strips or grate on a coarse grater
Prepare a mixture for salad dressing; mix vegetable oil Oleina cabbage pickle, a bit of cranberry juice and crushed walnuts.
Put vegetables in a deep salad bowl. Add sauerkraut, mix everything carefully. Pour the vegetables with prepared sauce.
Before serving, garnish the salad with fresh greens and cranberries
