I again to you with a practical recipe. Well, very practical! Pie recipe from Julia Vysotskaya with my changes and additions.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sauerkraut

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cumin

    1 handful

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

RUB the flour into crumbs with butter.

Mix the sour cream with the egg yolk, salt and sugar, add to flour mixture.

Knead a soft dough, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Pre-washed or soaked the cabbage (as needed) to fry in vegetable oil with onion, add cumin. The eggs boil, chop and add to stuffing.

Remove the dough ITZ the fridge, divide into 2 unequal parts. A large part of the test roll out and put into a pre-greased form. Put on the dough fried stuffing, put the chicken slices.
