Creamy cocoa
I'm a little unusual making some hot cocoa. Milk foam on it is not appearing, because I cook on the water. And to achieve the rich creamy taste, I use the heavy cream!

Ingredients

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

Cooking

Cocoa takes a full scoop, with the top.

Cocoa powder mix with sugar (I put very little sugar, but can be more, if anyone likes).

Gradually in small portions add the boiled water, warm or very hot. But not cold and not boiling water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

This cocoa is without cream.

Pour the cream. And then I pour in the cream, but why it is not visible, as they flow.
