Crab meatballs
Well, very tasty, very tender rolls of crab meat. Can be served with any side dish. I advise you to try!

Ingredients

  • Crab meat

    200 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion and crab meat grind in a blender or skip through Mincer.

Add boiled in salted water rice, egg, pressed garlic, butter, salt, pepper and mix in blender or chopper.

Put the mixture in the dish. It turns out to be mincemeat.

To form the meatballs, roll them in semolina and fry in a hot pan in vegetable oil.

Out very tender, soft and tasty meatballs.

You can eat well, or serve with any side dish.
