Salad
Another salad from the series "Without mayonnaise, but with garlic". This salad was served in one of the sports bars in our city. I insanely loved it and decided to cook myself! The name did not change! So, I suggest the salad "Chelsea, Sir!"

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

First, start the sauce (it needs to steep about 30 minutes). Chop very finely half a small onion and two cloves of garlic. Add in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Remove for half an hour to infuse.

Now the main components of the salad. Boil chicken breast and eggs.

Tomatoes cut into slices, cucumber sticks, eggs - into four parts.

With white bread cut off crust and cut them into wedges (with one piece of bread I got 4 cubes for a single serving). Cut the breast into pieces.

Fry in a dry pan on all sides of the bread and the breast.

So, filing. Pepper plate. The amount of pepper depends on Your taste.

Lay out all our ingredients (except eggs) in a large flat dish in rows. The sauce should be at the center! To complement our composition two quartered eggs.
