Veselak of lentils or beans
The Hungarian national dish. To be honest, in appearance, may not like very much, but very tasty. Especially if you love legumes. Recommend.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 pack

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

  • Flour

    1 tsp

Soak lentils (if necessary).

Drain the water, rinse the lentils and put to boil. Water need to take 2 fingers above, add the Bay leaf and salt. When lentils are cooked (water should be almost to boil away if a lot, just drain), the remaining water is not drained, add 1 teaspoon of flour, then a pack of sour cream (small - about 150 g), slightly less than 1 tsp of mustard and give a little gurgle. At the end we press the garlic.
