Stew chicken with squid, mushrooms and French beans
Remember, as a child, living in Karachay-Cherkessia, I ran in the morning in the nearby woods and gathered there are real mushrooms. Sturdy, white, fragrant. Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Water

    1200 ml

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Cilantro

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

Chicken breast cut into several parts. Add to the pot along with the green onions, ginger, garlic and half lime. Add water and then simmer to cook on slow heat for at least an hour.

Boiled breast, to make out the fibers, mushrooms cut into plates.

Strained stock bring to the boil and throw the beans. Cook for 5 minutes.

Then put the mushrooms, chicken and squid. Off in a couple of minutes after boiling.

For dressing mix the soy sauce, the IDEAL mix and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.

When serving put coriander, chili and pour over the dressing.

The broth I did not add salt, as the dressing is quite salty. But it is certainly a matter of taste.
