Eggplant with peanut sauce
Very quick and delicious appetizer of eggplant with an unusual peanut sauce. We loved it, and you try!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    600 g

  • Olive oil

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Tabasco

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

  • Water

    40 ml

  • Salt

Eggplant cut into pieces, add butter and stir.
