Cooking
Eggplant cut into pieces, add butter and stir.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated to 180"With the oven for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven! Cool.
Put in a blender all the ingredients for the sauce and punching until smooth.
Add the sauce into the cooled aubergines and mix well.
To serve as a self-starter or as an addition to meat or vegetable dishes.
