Cooking
Chicken hearts a good rinse, letting them drain.
The hearts in half lengthwise, but not completely.
Repel them with a hammer from both sides, salt and pepper.
Mustard mix with mayonnaise and add to the hearts. Horcicka prescription Oksy.
Hearts roll in flour, then in egg, fry in sunflower oil until tender (with the lid closed). If the chops turned out tough, they can be a little stew.
Cheese grate on a grater, put the chops in the prepared pan and sprinkle the top well with grated cheese and keep under a lid for 2-3 min.
Serve with rice or potatoes. Nice!!
