Variants of this cake a lot, but this recipe you'll ever meet. The original recipe from the food network for 70 years, found in a notebook mother of the author. I just saw, at once decided to bake. And do not regret it, and my daughter actually enjoyed and the process of cooking, and cake!!! The cake is ant-the highlight is everyone in the house-the ball!

Cooking
Knead the dough: mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, yeast and turmeric. I used regular flour with added whole wheat. Milk heat butter and add in the dry mixture, knead elastic, thin dough (in a Cup first, I put 6 tbsp. flour with a slide, and in the process put).
Put the dough in a warm place and let it rise twice.
Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into small squares 1,5x1,5cm, can be less. In each square you wrap up the highlight and make a ball.
The balls bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 5-10 minutes until Browning.
Cream cake you can use any!!! I have cottage cheese: curd mash with a potato masher and mix with 2 tablespoons of condensed milk. Balls stacked layers, the layers of grease with the cream and condensed milk.
Pour the prepared funnel cake with condensed milk and decorate with chopped nuts and grated chocolate. You can bake and decorate a variety of figurines, candy and berries. And opportunities - mint!!! Leave the cake to soak at least 4 hours!!!
