Thick creamy soup with chicken and wild rice.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken

    0.5 kg

  • Wild rice

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    3 cup

The first part of the soup is vegetables and chicken.

The second part is a mixture of rice Mistral aquatics

Carrots and onions finely chop, chicken wash and dry. A mixture of butter and olive oil in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the carrots and onions until transparent, add the chicken.

Wash the rice in cold water. Place the rice vegetables and meat and cook for a couple of seconds so that the oil enveloped grains of rice.

Add the broth and leave to cook on slow fire until the rice is tender.

Prepare the sauce: cream butter flour Parmesan cheese salt pepper

In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add a spoonful of flour and vigorously stir fry until Golden brown. Add the cream and Parmesan and sea salt, mixture of peppers. The sauce should be thick and smooth.

Add the sauce to the pan with the soup mix.

Fresh celery stalk finely chop, sprinkle with the soup when serving. Bon appetite!
