Easy rice soup with egg taste
Simple refreshing soup with wild rice, egg yolk and shrimp

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sake

  • Pepper white

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    500 g

  • Wild rice

    0.5 cup

  • Shrimp

    8 piece

Cooking

Wild rice is cooked in broth to simmer until cooked

Whip the egg yolks with the lemon juice to whitening

Add a little warm chicken broth and again to beat

Pour the beaten egg yolks to rice soup, stir well, but do not bring to a boil, add salt and pepper to taste
