Cooking
Wild rice is cooked in broth to simmer until cooked
Whip the egg yolks with the lemon juice to whitening
Add a little warm chicken broth and again to beat
Pour the beaten egg yolks to rice soup, stir well, but do not bring to a boil, add salt and pepper to taste
Shrimp marinated in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes
To resdit soup portioned plates, garnish with lemon and fried shrimp
