A light summer soup. At least products. Very simple and quick to prepare.

Cooking
For cooking soup you will need at least products.
Fill a pot with cold water. Lentils, rinse and put in pot with water (pre-soak red lentils don't need). Put on the fire. Do not add salt.
Vegetables cleaned, cut. Carrots to put into the broth as soon as the water boils. Cook until the complete cooking of the lentils. I did it in 20 min.
Put the broth, onions and potatoes. Add the Bay leaf. Cook for another 12 min. Add chopped and slightly crushed garlic, salt, spices. Let stand for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite greens.
PS. Delicious, I assure you, we got a soup, or rather chowder.
