Cooking
Peel the onion and slice.
Boiled carrots to peel and slice.
Mix onions, carrots, spices, salt and cold water.
I took the semolina TM Mistral.
Add sunflower seeds and flax seed (you can do without it).
Walnuts put in a bag and crush with rolling pin.
Baking tray lay baking paper, grease with oil.
Put the resulting mass in a layer of 3-5 mm.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Then the oven off and leave bread in it for 1 - 1.5 hours so they dry out and become crispy. Slice the bread into squares.
