Spicy vegetable bread
Very very tasty and crunchy. Very crisp. It is possible for some soup and tea. Without oil, so you can eat the strictest Fasting days.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    7 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    140 ml

  • Walnuts

    0.7 cup

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.3 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Peel the onion and slice.

Boiled carrots to peel and slice.

Mix onions, carrots, spices, salt and cold water.

Blend immersion blender.
