I love mackerel. And this is one of my recipes this fish. Maybe useful to someone. Per 100 g: 44 calories and 0 have. E. (no onions).

Ingredients

  • Water

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Liquid smoke

Mackerel defrosted, wash, cut off the head and gut.

Marinade: Boil water, throw a Bay leaf and tea bags and boil for 5 minutes. Then add salt, sugar, pepper and cool. Add the liquid smoke. In a convenient bowl (don't make Bank, because all the spices settle to the bottom) and pour the marinade. On the second day the fish to flip on the other side.
