Cut the bread as in the photo.

Mix beer, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, starch and flour, make beer-batter.

Dip bread and fry in butter on both sides.

Cut into thin strips zucchini, leeks, celery (I have already prepared - pickled, chopped). Hunting sausages too, cut into strips, carrot as well.

Here's a pickled celery you can buy in the store.

Put on the bacon and chopped vegetables and sausage, rolled into rolls and lightly fried.

Fried rolls. Put on bread (it optionally, and mayonnaise to lubricate).

From cherry tomatoes make these tulips can be also from the large grapes or bell peppers.
