Pie autumn vegetables with walnuts
Pie, though, and vegetables, relates to sweet baked goods. Tasty, fragrant, covered with glaze, it is, moreover, also very useful. The combination of autumn vegetables: pumpkins, zucchini and carrots supplemented with aromatic spices, nuts, raisins and seeds.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Sunflower oil

    230 ml

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Zucchini

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    50 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the flour, baking powder, spices

Beat the butter with sugar, add eggs

I took the sunflower oil IDEAL.

Add to dry mixture, mix well. Enter the grated vegetables

Add the diced Apple, sunflower seeds, raisins (pre-soaked), half of the walnuts (previously chopped). Mix well.

Spread in a greased form (I have 24 cm) and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes. Cool.

To make the frosting. Powdered sugar mixed with milk (milk, add little by little) and stir.

Cover the cooled pie. Spread on top half of remaining nuts.
