Lemon curd tart with jam
Hi all! Today I will share with you amazingly delicious recipe of cottage cheese. Tender and flavorful tart is undoubtedly healthy dessert rich in calcium. And the combination with lemon jam gives it a certain piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Jam

Cooking

Sifted flour and combine with soft butter, salt, sugar, baking powder

Add the juice of half a lemon (I replaced with water). Knead a soft dough

To distribute the form ( I d=23 cm) and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Meanwhile, to make curd. Beat egg with sugar until fluffy

Add the cottage cheese. Cheese is better to take soft, mild flavor (or punch it in the blender).

Next, add the sour cream. Beat until light a fluffy

Put the cheese mass in the form with the dough

Bake in a hot oven at t-180* 30-35 minutes

Get the tart from the oven and top off with lemon jam. To remove back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes. When ready cool down completely. Bon appetit!
