Minestrone-ribollita
Very tasty and delicate soup.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Salt

    1 to taste

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Finely chop the onion, celery, carrot and garlic, put a pan on the stove, pour oil and fry lightly.

Cut small dice the zucchini and add to the pan.

Add the sauce, parsley (dill), fry for a few seconds, put in the pan.

Put the saucepan on heat, pour in the broth to just cover vegetables, and cook for about 40-45 min on medium heat after adding the beans and cook for another 15 min.
