Soup with green beans
Vitamin summer soup that everyone will appreciate.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    2 slice

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes,

To fall asleep in boiling salted water or broth, boil for 15 minutes.

Green beans wash, dry, cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm,

Fry in butter and vegetable oils.

Carrots and onions clean. Carrots grate on a coarse grater (we need 1 tablespoon of carrot), finely chop the onion,

Add to beans, mix well and fry a little.

Roasted beans, onions, carrots, pour in the potatoes. Add Bay leaf, spices, salt, if needed. Boil for another 10 minutes until tender.

Bacon and greens cut. Soup pour into bowls, add bacon, sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
