Soup with shiitake mushrooms and egg
The soup is very simple to prepare and very pleasant to the taste, if you like shiitake mushrooms. The ingredients can be bought in shops "All for sushi".

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 l

  • Broth

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Mushrooms

    15 piece

  • Chicken breast

    4 slice

  • Parsley

In boiling water add 1 tablespoon of granulated fish broth, mix well.

1 raw egg with a whisk and pour into soup, stirring

Pour 50 ml of soy sauce

Pre-soaked (15 min.) in boiling water shiitake mushrooms cut into strips

Pour into the pot of soup

The soup is ready! Serve it with slices of smoked chicken breast and parsley. I apologize for the modest design and the lack of servings. Urgently needed to feed the chilled man :)
